How to use this page

Five recommendations, ranked by priority. Each names the gap it closes, the metric it moves, the expected impact, and the effort.

These actions are drawn from the current visibility metrics (1.8% AI share of voice, 23.6% local SoLV, Authority Score 13) and the companion Market Review, Programmatic SEO Page Plan, and Staged Content Outlines. Read them as one program: the tech stack and content work are the engine, and authority and local optimization are the accelerant.

The recommendations

1

Rebuild the website on a modern HTML / Next.js stack

P1 · Foundation

The current site is a brochure-style build with one combined services page, low Authority Score (13), and no structured-data layer. It cannot carry the 30-plus page content plan or the schema that AI answer engines require. Rebuilding on a Next.js stack (React, server-side rendering and static generation, clean HTML output) gives Tracy's a fast, robust, search-and-AI-ready foundation.

Today

Brochure CMS, one services page, limited schema control, unknown Core Web Vitals, hard to scale to the page plan.

Why Next.js specifically

  • AI and search read clean, server-rendered HTML. Next.js renders complete HTML on the server, so answer engines and crawlers see full content immediately, not a JavaScript shell. This is foundational to being citable.
  • Structured data becomes systematic. Service, FAQPage, LocalBusiness, and BreadcrumbList schema can be injected per template, exactly as the content outlines specify, instead of hand-coded page by page.
  • It scales to the page plan. The 10 service pages, OEM pages, and guides can be generated from templates with consistent metadata, canonical tags, and automatic sitemap entries.
  • Core Web Vitals improve, which Google rewards. Built-in image optimization, code splitting, and static generation target LCP under 2.5s, INP under 200ms, and CLS under 0.1.
  • Robustness and security. A statically generated or server-rendered site has a smaller attack surface and far fewer plugin-driven vulnerabilities than a typical brochure CMS, with better uptime and lower maintenance risk.
  • Headless content option. Pair Next.js with a headless CMS (for example Sanity) so non-technical staff can edit content while the front end stays fast and structured.
EffortHigh (rebuild)
TimeframePhase 1, weeks 1 to 8
ImpactEnables every other gain
Moves: Authority Score, AI citation readiness, Core Web Vitals. This is the platform the content and schema plan needs to exist on.

Migration guardrails: preserve URLs or 301-redirect every existing page, keep the strong branded and head-term rankings intact, and run the new templates through the Google Rich Results Test before launch. Treat this as a controlled migration, not a blank-slate relaunch.

2

Ship the staged content and schema plan

P1 · Engine

Tracy's ranks for very few high-intent service terms and is mentioned in only 1.8% of AI answers because the pages and structured answers are still being built. The staged plan (10 service pages, OEM make pages, 10-plus guides) with answer-first copy and FAQ/Service schema is what makes Tracy's citable and rankable.

  • Stage 1: services hub plus 10 service pages, prioritizing hail and ADAS before storm season.
  • Stage 2: OEM make pages for certified makes only.
  • Stage 3: educational guides anchored to the "Your Right to Choose" narrative.
  • Every page leads with a direct 40 to 60 word answer and carries FAQPage schema for AI extraction.

Moves: AI share of voice 1.8% toward 20%+, organic visits 1,290 toward 3,500. See the Staged Content Outlines file.
3

Build domain authority

P2 · Accelerant

Authority Score 13 caps both search rank and AI citation odds. Convert Tracy's 56-year reputation into linkable, citable authority.

  • Claim and align local citations and directories with consistent name, address, phone for both stores.
  • Earn links from suppliers, OEM certification program pages, local press, and community sponsorships.
  • Keep review platforms consistent and current, which AI weighs as a trust signal.

Moves: Authority Score 13 toward 25, AI citation odds, local rank.
4

Close the north and northeast local map gap

P2 · Local

The Local Falcon grid shows Tracy's strong in the southwest but weak in the north and northeast, where the North store registered only 4% share even in its own city. That is leaked demand in the North store's backyard.

  • Optimize the North store Google Business Profile: categories, services, photos, and weekly posts.
  • Drive reviews specifically to the North location to lift its local ranking.
  • Run a Local Falcon scan centered on the North store to measure it directly, then a campaign across hail, ADAS, glass, and dent keywords for both stores.
EffortMedium

ImpactDirect SoLV lift in weak zones
Moves: Local SoLV 23.6% toward 40%+, especially in northern Lincoln.
5

Grow and respond to reviews systematically

P2 · Trust

Reviews are the trust signal that lifts AI citation, local rank, and conversion at the same time, and they are Tracy's existing strength to extend. The market review flagged a small cluster of tone complaints in disputes; closing that is the one visible crack.

  • Request a review at every vehicle pickup, split between the North and South profiles.
  • Respond to every review, especially negatives, in the calm, fix-it-right voice the brand was built on.
  • Surface review and rating data in structured form on the new site.

ImpactReinforces every channel
Moves: trust signals, local rank, conversion, AI sentiment.

Suggested sequence

How the seven recommendations fit together over twelve months.

The throughline. The Next.js rebuild is the foundation everything else stands on, the content plan is the engine, and authority and local optimization are the accelerant. Together they move Tracy's from a strong reputation with thin digital visibility toward leading Lincoln in both AI answers and local search.
