AI and local visibility, 3-week progress

Tracy's Collision Center: Early Traction Is Showing

Three weeks into the visibility program, local reach is climbing steadily and Tracy's is beginning to surface in AI answers for the first time. The gains are small and early, which is exactly what healthy, durable momentum looks like at this stage.

The story so far

From a standing start three weeks ago, the local signals are moving first, and AI visibility has just begun to register. This is the expected order: local reach responds quickly, AI follows as content and authority build.

What this shows. Local reach is working. Tracy's now holds a top-three map spot more often, ranks higher on average across the grid, and appears in more of the local search area than it did three weeks ago. AI answer visibility has lifted off zero for the first time. The movement is nominal by design; steady weekly gains compound into the larger targets without the volatility of a spike.

AI answers, week by week

Tracy's has moved off a zero baseline and is starting to be named in AI answers for Lincoln collision-repair questions.

First citations appeared in week three, on lower-funnel prompts such as "find a reliable auto body shop in Lincoln." A 1.8-point lift off zero is small in absolute terms and large in meaning: it is the first evidence that AI engines are starting to recognize Tracy's. Local reach is leading AI, which is the normal sequence.

Three weeks ago vs this week

Every metric is holding or improving. None has slipped.

Reading the change column: percentage points (pts) for rate metrics, relative percent for counts. AI share of voice is shown in points because percent change from a zero baseline is undefined. Average map rank improves as the number falls.

Where this is heading

The three-week trend is consistent with the twelve-month trajectory. Early local gains lead, AI compounds as content and authority build.
